A piece can extend at most 1 unit beyond the board edge. Two or more units hanging outside is invalid.
Base: 1 pt per unit.
Contact: +1 per opponent cube touched.
Placement Bonus: 1 cube touching 2 opponent cubes → +5.
Continuity: 8 in a line → +10.
Score Win: play all pieces, highest score.
Cactus Win: no moves left — unused pieces penalize score.
Lock Win: surround the board — instant victory.
